Ken works as a facilitator, workshop leader, project manager and advisor to Boards and Senior Management on system issues and strategic initiatives.

Ken Prevost is the Executive Director of the Performance and Planning Exchange(PPX), a Canada-based international centre of excellence for learning, sharing and developing expertise in performance and planning - including its measurement, implementation, public reporting and management. Background: Twenty-five years in the fields of training and informatics working with multi-nationals such as Unisys and EDS and as a private consultant serving clients in the Public and Private Sectors.

Tony Dimnik, Ph.D.

Tony Dimnik is the former head of the Queen’s Executive MBA Program. A top-ranked teacher at some of the best business schools in Canada, the Far East and Europe, he is a seasoned management development educator who has spent his entire academic career making complex financial and accounting principles understandable to executives.

He is an authority on strategic management control systems and the relationship between capital budgeting and strategy. He has contributed to the understanding and practice of Activity Based Costing, Balanced Scorecard and Open Book Management. His current work is on the role of performance measurement and reward in creating a committed organization.

He is chair of the audit committee of Inventronics, a TSE listed company, and on the board of Quicklaw, Canada’s leading source of legal information.

After obtaining a diploma in radio arts from the Lethbridge Community College, he worked in media for ten years before returning to university for an undergraduate degree at the University of Regina and a Ph.D. in accounting at the University of Western Ontario.

Sylvie Labelle Ph.D.

In 2002, Sylvie Labelle received her Ph.D. from the University of Montr&#eacute;al. Her research was based on a study of the process by which organisational leaders learn creativity.

Sylvie completed her M.B.A. in International Finance at l'&#Eacute;cole des Hautes &#Eacute;tudes Commerciales de Montr&#eacute;al and has an undergraduate degree from McGill University in Business and Industrial Trainer Development.
In addition, she has a B.A.A. in Finance and Insurance from Laval University.

Sylvie has worked for more than 10 years in the financial services industry.

Since 1992, Sylvie has been a consultant, trainer, speaker and teacher.

Sylvie Labelle was assistant director at the Dobson Lagass&#eacute; Centre for Entrepreneurship at Bishop's University where she taught Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management. She also taught at Montr&#eacute;al University at the graduate level. She is currently teaching at Laval University in creative publicity.

She is an adjunct professor at &#Eacute;coles des Hautes &#Eacute;tudes Commerciales de Montr&#eacute;al.

Wayne McKinnon

The Executive Technology Coach, consultant and author of" Wayne McKinnon's complete Guide to E-mail ".

Wayne McKinnon is the founder and president ofITcoach.com, a firm specializing in providing a synthesis between technology and business outcomes. Clients include organizations such as United Parcel Service, Pacific Bell, the National Institutes of Health, Transport Canada, The US Navy, Canadian Department of National Defense, RBC Dominion Securities, Fastlane Technologies, Nortel Networks as well as others in Canada, the US and Europe.

Wayne is the author of two books in three languages. His articles have appeared in publications ranging from the Globe and Mail to association and corporate newsletters.His books have been translated into Italian and Spanish and instantly become a best seller for McGraw-Hill. He appears frequently on radio and television interview programs to discuss knowledge management, effectiveness, new opportunities and improved efficiency.

He has also worked with companies to help them design programs to increase market share in a cost effective manner.

Working as a personal coach to business executives, and relying on his extensive technical background gained while working as a systems engineer and product manager, Wayne understands what motivates both technical and executive audiences.

Wayne made his television debut by crashing at over 70MPH during a motorcycle race he was competing in. Usually a top ten finisher, Wayne began road racing in 1986 in Canada. He has since competed in regional, national and international events including the U.S.WERA national Endurance series where he also managed the team's promotional activities.

Wayne's foot note in history includes having worked as a member of the team that assemble the particle detector used in nuclear physics to discovered the quark.

Dr. Shawna O'Grady
Queen’s University in Kingston
Associate Professor of Management

Shawna O’Grady is also an experienced team facilitator, and serves as Director of Team Facilitation on the Queen’s Executive MBA program. Dr. O’Grady consults to a wide variety of clients in the private and public sectors in the areas of team building, human resource management, leading change, thinking and problem solving styles, and international business. She earned her B. Comm. and Master of Industrial Relations (MIR) at Queen’s University and her Ph.D. in Business at the University of Western Ontario.

She is an authority on the strategic and cross-cultural issues involved in doing business in the United States and Mexico. Dr. O’Grady has been widely quoted in the media on the issues of cross-border retailing, and has addressed a number of industry and academic audiences around the world. She co-authored a best selling book called Border Crossings: Doing Business in the U.S. which was a finalist for the National Business Book Award, sponsored by Coopers & Lybrand and The Financial Times. This book has received outstanding reviews in the media for five years. Professor Kenneth B. Wong
Queen’s School of Business

Ken Wong is a faculty member at Queen’s School of Business, where he has held both teaching and administrative positions.

In his last administrative assignment, he was a principal architect of the first full-time degree program in Canada to operate completely outside of government subsidy: a distinction that earned him the cover of Canadian Business in April 1994. (The new Program, the MBA for Science & Technology, has itself been a cover feature: it was named Canada’s Number One MBA in Canadian Business’ annual ratings for four consecutive years from 1996-2000.)

As a teacher, Ken has received numerous awards for his courses in strategic planning, marketing and business strategy. Most recently, he was named the 1998 winner of the Financial Post’s Leaders in Management Education award for his work in undergraduate, MBA, and Executive Development programs. Beyond Queen’s, he has also taught in degree programs at Carleton University, Radcliffe College and Harvard’s Continuing Education Program and in executive programs at Dalhousie and the University of Alberta. He is the coauthor of “Basic Marketing”, one of the leading introductory marketing textbooks in Canada.

Ken is a frequent speaker and facilitator in conferences and executive development programs around the world.
